The Four Week course, facilitated by Andre Visser, and is a SAQA (South African Qualification Authorities) accredited trainer.

Minimum participant criteria, Matric or equivalent qualification, clean criminal record, previous hospitality experience and fluent english speaking, writing and reading abilility.
Week 1 :
Personal development – The Function and role of a Butler, clothes, hygiene, appearance, Code of Conduct, Butler duties, skills, responsibilities as well as etiquette, protocol, and body language.
Week 2 :
Professional Waiter Training, after which, a Professional Waiter Certificate will be issued..
Week 3 : Duties and responsibilities of Front of House, House Keeping and Back of House, Communication skills, Telephone skills and Guest Confidentiality.
Week 4 :
Butler skills – Food terminology, Food preparation skills, Flower arrangement, Shoe Service, Bath service, Cigar Service, the 5 C’s after dinner, Working with the Chef.
